Youth & Choir

We the millennials of the church, have a zeal for the propagation of the message of Christ and we diligently work towards the spiritual calling that we all have. In this endeavour, we come together and organize various events such as, poor feeds for thousands, hospital and old age home visits, cottage prayer meetings, annual concerts, workshops, and conferences. In our unending efforts, we believe and hope that we emulate the life of Christ, serve his purpose, fulfil our divine calling, and realize the vision of the Holy Spirit in our lives. We gather in the evening on the last Sunday of every month to have a special worship service conducted by the youth. This service includes a worship session and a bible reading, followed by the Reverend’s message, which sometimes includes guest speakers. We have our youth meetings on the first Sunday, after the Service; here we plan, discuss, and execute our activities for the month.

Choir,

As the singing voices of church, we spread the gospel through the musical talents that god has bestowed on us. In keeping with the Lutheran tradition, we always rendition gospel songs in four-part harmony. We sing in church services, and perform a special number on the first and third Sundays of every month.

We also represent our church in various church and Christian competitions and seasonal concerts. We have won several competitions over the course of many years, and any cash felicitations we receive are always contributed towards the betterment of the church. Our awards, trophies, and competition memorabilia for our musical achievements are on display in our church lobby and offices.

We are regularly invited to sing at church wedding services, and also perform in wedding receptions, and church member’s family events.
